We send the orders on working days (Mon-Fri) as insured parcels with tracking numbers.

Orders received by 12 noon can often be handed over to DHL or GLS on the same day.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping to packing stations or post offices within Germany is carried out by DHL. Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany with DHL. We usually send bulky goods nationally with GLS.
