Ninetysixty iSUP Touring 12.6
With only 11,7 kg the “Touring” is extremely light and still very stiff and sturdy.
Length matters! Due to its slightly reduced width and its important length, the board supplies extraordinary tracking stability. Thus you have to switch paddle sides less often.
So this board is perfect for ambitious paddlers, doing long paddle distances. Nevertheless, also athletic beginners get along fine with this board, because width is still moderate.
The big volume permits a heavy payload, such as water tight bags, which can be strapped to the front deck with the elastic ribbons. Dogs also like this place.
Due to the ample volume and the resultant freeboard, only few water flushes on deck when paddling.
Even with two paddlers or one heavy dude.
The wide bumper belt around the edge makes the board stalwart against collisions of all kind.
This is an advantage of all iSUPs compared to hardshells. They are far less repair prone when hitting ground like reef or stones, as you do a lot when you go down rivers or whitewater.
The extremely tight-knit Dropstitch makes the board very stiff at a pressure of 1 bar (15psi)
With a paddler jumping on it, it is far from wobbeling with its nose and tail. On lakes the board is already stiff enough with only 0,75 bar, so you have to do less pumpwork.
Whatever kind of water, lake, river or sea, you might approach, in only 10 minutes you are set.
The handle in the middle of the board provides good carrying comfort.
The fin is swept back and doesn’t collect weed.
It can be mounted or taken off by hand without any tool.
The Pump is equipped with a pressure gauge. A long stroke makes pumping easy.
A suitable paddle can be found below.
The board is equipped with a single fin setup and comes in a convenient backpack with pump and repair set.
It fits in every trunk, can be put on a bike or can travel by plane in your hand luggage.
